Vacuums R Us Certified Reconditioned Parts
**Limited Warranty for Reconditioned Repair Parts**
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Vacuums R Us & Sewing Too, (“Company”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of reconditioned repair parts (“Parts”). This Warranty covers Parts sold by the Company for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
**Coverage:**
The Company warrants that the reconditioned repair Parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this Warranty period, if a Part is found to be defective due to a defect in the part itself, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either replace the defective Part or refund the original purchase price.
**Exclusions:**
This Warranty does not cover:
1. **Abuse or Misuse:** The Warranty does not cover Parts that fail due to abuse, misuse, neglect, or any other form of improper handling or installation.
2. **Cosmetic Blemishes:** The Parts are reconditioned and may exhibit signs of use or minor cosmetic blemishes resulting from previous use. These cosmetic issues do not affect the functionality of the Parts and are not covered by this Warranty.
**How to Obtain Warranty Service:**
To obtain service under this Warranty, the Customer must:
1. **Contact the Company:** Notify the Company of the issue within the Warranty period by contacting the Comapny at the following link https://www.vacuumsrus.com/contact-us/.
2. **Provide Proof of Purchase:** Provide proof of the original purchase, including the date of purchase and the order or invoice number.
3. **Return the Defective Part:** If instructed by the Company, return the defective Part to the Company in accordance with the provided instructions.
**Limitation of Liability:**
The Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Part or the refund of the original purchase price, at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Parts.
**Disclaimer:**
This Warranty is the exclusive remedy for the Customer. The Company makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
**Modifications:**
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Warranty at any time. Any modifications will be effective for Parts purchased after the date of modification.
