Our Price Match Guarantee

Every price you see at vacuumsrus.com is honored in store at our Vacuums R Us location. What you find online, you pay in person.

Vacuum cleaners and sewing machines

We match the advertised price of any authorized dealer on residential vacuum cleaners and sewing machines. If you spot an authorized dealer advertising a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, bring it to us and we will happily refund the difference. No hassle.

Parts and supplies

Here is where we ask for a little understanding. Running a real store with a real repair bench, real staff, and real shelves of inventory costs more than running a warehouse that only ships boxes. We keep our machine pricing competitive by running a hybrid online and in store operation from a single location, and in many cases you will actually find our products priced lower than the online marketplaces.

Parts and supplies are the exception. On these smaller items we sometimes have to charge more than a pure online seller, and for those we are not able to match online marketplace prices. We would rather be upfront about that than surprise you at the counter.
