Rayback Collective Free Market for Fire Survivors extended

Due to the overwhelming response of donors and volunteers, Rayback Collective (next to our Boulder store) has extended their free market for the next three days; Thursday, January 6th through Saturday, January 8th

For information on the free market see their Facebook page HERE

They are currently no longer accepting donations. So much was donated we have started storing the overflow in one of our Boulder store’s showrooms! If you have donations please hold on to them! Helping the survivors of this tragedy is a marathon, not a sprint. Your donations will be needed. Numerous organizations businesses and volunteers are working on long term plans to receive your donations and get them to the people who need them.

Our Boulder sewing showroom is not currently open for browsing as we are storing the donation overflow there this week. The south side showroom is open however and we are happy to bring sewing products in to that showroom for you to test out or look at.

Please be patient with us this week. We are lightly staffed this week and working hard to maintain the level of service our customers expect while managing our communications regarding the Marshall Fire outreach and facilitating storage of donations. At this time all due dates quoted on all repairs for our Boulder location are on track to be completed on or before the date quoted on your work order at time of check in. We do anticipate some slightly delayed completion dates at our Arvada location and will be updating customers individually if we expect their repair may be delayed. We are struggling to answer all inbound phone calls while assisting customers in store so please do not call for “repair status”. We will call when your repair is complete or if it is expected to take longer than your originally quoted due date.

Thank you all for your incredible generosity and your words of encouragement!
