Holiday Price Promise terms
- The Promise. Vacuums R Us & Sewing Too (“Vacuums R Us,” “we,” “us”) offers the Holiday Price Promise (the “Promise”) on eligible purchases made from October 12, 2026 through December 31, 2026 (the “Purchase Period”) at our Arvada store, our Fort Collins store, or vacuumsrus.com. If, after your purchase and on or before December 31, 2026, we or an Authorized Dealer advertises the same machine for less, we will refund the difference as described in these terms.
- Eligible machines. The Promise covers new vacuums, sewing machines and embroidery machines from the brands listed on this page, bought new from Vacuums R Us during the Purchase Period. It does not cover parts, supplies, bags, filters, accessories, reconditioned machines, pre owned machines, open box machines, repair labor, service plans or classes.
- Same machine. The lower price must be for the identical item: same brand, same model number, new condition, and the same included accessories and warranty.
- Authorized Dealer. An “Authorized Dealer” is a retailer listed on the brand’s own dealer locator or authorized retailer list on the day you submit your claim, selling to customers in the United States. Marketplace third party sellers, auction sites, liquidators, gray market resellers and any seller not authorized by the brand are not Authorized Dealers.
- Qualifying advertised price. The lower price must be publicly advertised and available to any customer. It does not qualify if it requires a membership, coupon or promo code, loyalty account, trade in, bundle, or purchase of another item, or if it reflects free gifts, financing offers or mail in rebates. Clearance or closeout items marked “final sale,” and pricing errors corrected within 24 hours, do not qualify.
- Claim while the sale is running. You must submit your claim while the lower price is still in effect. Claims submitted after the lower priced sale ends will not be accepted. No claim will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on December 31, 2026.
- In stock. The seller advertising the lower price must have the machine in stock and available for purchase at that price when you submit your claim. We may confirm price and stock by visiting the seller’s website or contacting the seller.
- How to claim. Claims are accepted only through the online claim form at vacuumsrus.com/holiday-price-promise/. Staff at either store can complete the form with you in person. Claims by phone, email, mail or social media are not accepted. Your claim must include your name, email, phone, receipt or order number, purchase date, brand, model and serial number. For an Authorized Dealer’s price, you must also provide the web address of the ad and a screenshot or photo of it. No ad proof is needed when the lower price is our own.
- Verification. We verify each claim against our sales records, the advertised price, the seller’s stock and the seller’s authorized status. We may deny a claim that does not meet these terms or that we cannot verify while the sale is running.
- Refund. Approved claims are paid within 10 days of our receipt of a complete claim. The refund equals the price you paid, before tax, minus the qualifying lower price, plus the sales tax you paid on that difference. Shipping, delivery and other fees are not refunded. Refunds go to your original payment method, or to store credit if you choose. Cash purchases are refunded by check.
- Limits. One price adjustment per machine. The Promise is available only to the original purchaser and cannot be combined with our Price Match Guarantee or any other price adjustment on the same machine. If you return the machine, any adjustment already paid will be deducted from your return refund.
- Your responsibility. We do not monitor prices for you or notify you of price changes. Finding a lower price and submitting your claim while that sale is running is your responsibility.
- Changes. We may change or end the Promise for future purchases at any time. Purchases made before a change keep the terms in effect on the date of purchase.
- Fraud. Claims with false or altered information, including altered ads or screenshots, will be denied, and we may recover any refund paid on such a claim.
- General. These terms are the complete terms of the Promise and are governed by Colorado law. The Promise is void where prohibited. Questions: contact either store or visit vacuumsrus.com/contact-us/.
