Bulb Replacement

Infrared bulbs have a life span. Often if your infrared heater is blowing cooler than normal air one or more of the bulbs have gone out. We recommend replacing all of the bulbs at once if the failed bulb is older since the rest will soon follow.

Cord replacement

Infrared and fireplace heaters draw considerable power when ran on high. We use heavy gauge cord when replacing flawed cords.

Circuit Board replacement

Many thermostat or erratic behaviours are caused by a failing PCB (printed curcuit board). We use genuine Eden Pure, Heat Surge and Heat Smart parts.

* $39.99 special covers labor costs of servicing your heater and does not cover any part replacement. If our technicians determine that part replacement is appropriate, we will contact you prior to continuing work. If you choose not to complete the repair due to the additional expense, there will be no charge to you for the diagnostic service.
