Powr-Flite — Schematics

Powr-Flite was founded in 1967 in Fort Worth, Texas as a distributor of commercial vacuum cleaner parts, and in 1986 introduced its first branded line of floor machines and burnishers. By the early 1990s the company had grown into a full-line commercial floor care manufacturer with more than 20 patented machine designs, and was acquired by Tacony Corporation in 1996.

Powr-Flite today is one of the largest commercial floor care brands in North America, with manufacturing in Fort Worth, Texas and Tacony's St. James, Missouri plants. The catalog covers commercial uprights, backpack and canister vacuums, wet/dry shop vacs, single-disc floor machines and burnishers, automatic scrubbers, sweepers, carpet extractors, and air movers — supported by a deep parts and accessory aftermarket of pads, brushes, bags, filters, belts, and motors stocked through the company's commercial cleaning distribution channel.
